As attested by my submission of this form, I hereby authorize the president and/or secretary of the Board of Directors of Olde Towne Community Association, Inc., to cast my proxy vote for me in matters of proposals brought before the body of the Olde Towne Community Association, Inc., at any officially called meeting of the Association. I restrict and limit the use of this proxy to the above procedure only and specifically reserve the right to revoke this proxy at any time by so advising the Board of Directors, or any member thereof, in writing or by email.
