Bylaws

 

Olde Towne was established in 1981. At that time, the first Bylaws were signed. The bylaws contain rules and regulations governing the Owners and Board of Directors of Olde Towne. There have been several updates since the first bylaws, to take into account member issues.

    • Late - 10th of Month ($25 late fee assessed)
    • Reminder Letter - 15 of Month
